The Ageing Millennial
This Podcast is perfect for those looking to hear about issues common to us all (e.g. low self-esteem, toxic relationships, challenges of marriage, divorce, wanting therapy or doing things alone but afraid of what people will say, hating your job, etc) and how to deal with them to lead a happier and fulfilled life. I won't lie - the journey to a happier life isn't an easy one. It takes awareness, effort, time and strong will. Providing personal (e.g. I changed schools 10+ times, lived in 7+ countries, divorced, cut toxic people out of my life) and other examples in each episode, I hope to motivate and empower you to start making sustainable life changes. Episodes will be released at least once a month (trying bi-weekly or more). I do encourage listeners to make it a two-way conversation i.e. suggest topics I could cover and ask questions if you need help on a particular issue, drop an email on ammarb87@gmail.com or DM on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theageingmillennial_podcast/
